Hello Again!

It has been a while since our last blog post.

A lot has changed. I will use this blog post to get you up to speed.

First- I will start by telling you that Jonas has switch companies. On October 1st  we made the change from Coldwell Banker Burnet to Keller Williams Integrity Realty.  This has been a positive change for us and our clients. The two months since our change we have sold 8 homes! (The average real estate agent only sells 6 homes per year.)

Second-  We have adopted a dog-Sadie Marie (pictures below). Jonas and I thought we could foster a dog, it turns out we can't : ) She was abandon as a puppy in Missouri and now lives a life of luxury. Lucky for us all the dogs get along.

Look at that face.
(Penny, Sophie & Sadie)

Now that you are up to speed on our lastest endeavors, let us know what changes you have made.

Sincerely,

Holly Stomberg

Finding Real Estate Advice In Strange Places

This weekend I was reading this month’s Shape magazine and found an article providing three tips to boost the price of your property. The three tips that Jennifer Lacey, founder of Sisterly Staging Solutions in Tampa Bay, FL gave to Shape magazine were:
  1.        “Clear The Clutter: From furniture to knickknacks, less is better. Put bulky pieces (like that ab machine you never use) in storage.”
  2.          “Hide Your Loved Ones: Ditch the family photos-they’ll just make it harder for someone to envision the place as theirs.”
  3.        “Bring Neutral Back: Bold, bright paint colors might be your preference, but beige, taupe, and other natural hue are sure to please more potential buyers.”

You can find this article on page 36 in July’s 2011, issue of Shape magazine.
